Algemene Voorwaarden

1. Beschrijving van Diensten

Recruitier provides a comprehensive job finding platform with features including, but not limited to:

• Job and company searching and sourcing.
• Company profile management.
• Integration with Google for authentication and email functionality.
• Saving search queries and parameters.
• User and application settings management.
• Tagging system for organizing jobs and other data.
• Outreach flow management to companies and hiring managers.
• AI-powered extraction of contact details from job descriptions.
• AI-powered generation of draft emails and LinkedIn messages.
• Functionality to send emails to company contacts.

2. Gebruikersaccounts

To access most features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Abonnementen, Betalingen en Credits

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial. We have several tiers of service: Pro, Agency, and Enterprise.

Free Trial: All new users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. For the first 7 days, no payment method is required. On day 8, you will be asked to add a payment method to continue using the platform for the remaining 7 days. Billing begins on day 15.

• Pro: €78 per month (or €55/month billed annually), includes 1500 credits.
• Agency: €225 per month (or €158/month billed annually), includes 5000 credits.
• Enterprise: Custom pricing with unlimited credits.

Credits: Credits are used to access certain features, such as contact detail extraction and AI message generation. Credits are renewed monthly for subscribed users. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month unless specified in your plan.

Billing: For paid subscriptions, you will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting customer support. You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period.

4. Gebruikersgedrag

You agree not to misuse the Services. For example, you must not, and must not attempt to, do the following things:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or for promotion of illegal activities.
• Impersonate another person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Scrape, spider, or crawl our data or content, or otherwise use any automated means to access the Services.

5. Intellectueel Eigendom

The Services and all of its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Recruitier and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Recruitier.

6. Beëindiging

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. Disclaimer van Garanties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

8. Beperking van Aansprakelijkheid

In no event shall Recruitier, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Toepasselijk Recht

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Wijzigingen in Voorwaarden

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
