Can you explain the outreach flows for contacting companies about jobs?

The platform helps you create and manage outreach sequences. This includes AI-assisted message generation for emails and LinkedIn, scheduling follow-ups, and tracking communication history, all aimed at efficiently contacting companies about potential opportunities.

How do you find contact details for decision-makers at companies?

We employ several advanced AI techniques and integrate with various data sources to find and verify contact details for relevant hiring managers and decision-makers, helping you connect with the right people.

Can I customize outreach messages when contacting companies about jobs?

Absolutely! While our AI can generate personalized drafts for emails and LinkedIn messages, you always have full control to edit, customize, and save templates to ensure your communication aligns with your agency's brand and the specific job context. You can also setup account wide instructions for the AI to follow, so the generated messages are exactly as you want them to be.

Is it possible to export job details from the platform?

Yes, you can easily export job details and lists in common formats like CSV or PDF, allowing you to integrate this information with your existing workflows or share it with your team. This feature is available for Agency plans.

How does the platform handle GDPR compliance?

We take GDPR compliance seriously. All data is stored securely and only used for the purposes of the job finding and outreach process. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. User data is retained according to GDPR guidelines and deleted upon account termination.

Are there any limits on saved searches?

No, there are no limits on the number of searches you can save. All your searches are stored for the duration of your account.

Which email providers are supported?

Currently, we support Gmail and Microsoft Outlook integration. IMAP support for other email providers is coming very soon.

Are there API limits for integrations?

No, there are no API limits for our integrations. You can use all integrated features without restrictions.

Can the platform integrate with CRM systems?

CRM integration is currently in development. We're working on bringing seamless CRM connectivity to help streamline your workflow even further.

Is there data backup and recovery available?

Yes, you can recover deleted searches, jobs, and companies from the settings page. For deleted accounts, full recovery is available only for Agency plan subscribers.

Are there geographic restrictions?

The platform is currently focused on the Netherlands market but we are expanding to other regions very soon.
